The Streets come alive when runners come together. We thrive in an environment that is based on effort and commitment, drive and pushing the limits while sharing each others successes.

We set individualized goals for each runner to chase, encouraging you to break out of your weekly routine to achieve something that will inspire you and those around you. 


COACHES

Greg Laraia

Greg Laraia ATC is an RRCA certified running coach for Streets 101. Greg is also a certified Athletic Trainer at Custom Performance. Greg graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania where he was a student athlete competing all four years on the Cross Country and Track teams at the Division II level. Greg is a competitive runner in the New York area as well as a running coach with clients of all ages. With a passion for running, Greg leads 101 providing quality training to help runners ignite happiness and reach their goals.

ANDY WEGMAN

Andy Wegman is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and Associate Director of Sports Performance at John McEnroe Tennis Academy. Being a part of this varied New York City running community is one of the best parts of being a New Yorker. Andy has experience training all ages and ability levels and guided them to personal records from 1mile to the marathon distance. Andy is happy to assist Greg in guiding all you saucy folks to having the most fun.

MATTHEW LUKE MEYER

Matthew Meyer is an RRCA certified running coach for Streets 101. Matthew is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, teaching a wide range of classes across NYC, including Bread & Butter at Custom Performance. He coaches clients from one mile up through ultramarathon. Matthew is an active part of the NYC running scene, both racing and cheering on his fellow athletes. Matthew is thrilled to be a part of Streets 101, working with Greg and Andy to help build this community and empower our athletes to reach their goals.
